Midnight in Montpellier
Our last trip to France was our longest, nine weeks, starting in Nice, and working our way up to St Malo, and finishing in Paris. We mostly travelled by train, and for the most part it went smoothly. Our first long leg however, was a bit of a debacle, our train was over an hour late getting to Marseille, and, it was chaos at the station - late trains everywhere, including our connection to Montpellier, our destination. After fighting our way through the crowds, we made our train, found our seats and waited - for quite a while.
Eventually we slowly left, and arrived rather late, but, with a story to tell, and a photo opportunity as the train continued on its journey.
